Sunrise

Watch on YouTube

The sunrise was worth the effort.
I didn’t get as high up as I had wanted but regardless it turned out perfect anyway. Looking back down the valley i’d a pretty great view, and the sky was fantastic.

Parked at Teer again after a long drive in sometimes heavy fog.
It was warm , it was lovely.

While in the video it did look dark for the initial part, it was in matter of fact quite bright, relatively speaking for 5a.m. There was a full moon and I could walk without using the head torch for most of it, not all of it, but most of it.

Here are some of my favourite shots. I absolutely love the colours that the long lens (only 200mm) allows me capture. Have to treat them with care in Lightroom as its easy to go over the top with the saturation slider, but the pastels,, love it.
